Summary
I'm part of Cisco Technical Services where I work in the Datacenter Solutions support team as a technical lead. Within this role I'm currently supporting our customers to implement and manage ACI, Cisco UCS, FlexPOD, vBlock, VDI and VXI infrastructures. On a continuous basis I create trainings and deliver them to our technical teams across the world and take a leading role on Cisco's (and 3th party) emerging technologies such as ACI and OpenStack.
I have been for years a 'customer' and hence perfectly know how they think. In my DNA however I'm a geek and that's the language I master to speak to engineers. I'm very proficient in explaining complex messages to a variety of audiences and have been doing numerous sessions for customers and at public events such as Cisco Live, Cisco PVT, VMUGBE.
Specialties include: - Cisco ACI
- VMware vSphere (VCDX)
- Cisco UCS / Flexpod / vBlock / VDI / VXI
- OpenStack
- Troubleshooting
